This bright first‑floor studio sits high above Los Cristianos in the Port Royale complex. Its elevated position means you wake up to sweeping views of the Atlantic and the town below. A wrap‑around sun shade lets you enjoy breakfast, a book or a glass of wine on the private balcony at any time of day.

Inside, the open‑plan living area feels modern and uncluttered: a double bed and cosy sofa bed face a smart‑TV, and a well‑equipped kitchen with juicer, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. High‑speed Wi‑Fi and a washing machine make it practical for longer stays.

You’re in a quiet residential complex with a shared heated pool, yet beaches, cafés and the harbour are not too far away.

Good to know before your stay

• Hillside setting: Port Royale is built on a slope; reaching the apartment requires climbing one flight of stairs and the walk back from the beach is uphill. This location isn’t ideal for guests with limited mobility.
• Quiet community: Respect for neighbours is important; no parties or loud music after dark.
• Self‑check‑in: A secure key‑lockbox allows flexible arrivals. All guests must complete Spain’s online guest‑registration process before arrival.
• Parking: Free on‑street parking can sometimes be found nearby, but it’s not guaranteed sunset-royale.es .
• Access: The studio is on the first floor with no lift.

Tenerife South Airport (TFS) is around 15 minutes by taxi or car. Local buses link Los Cristianos to other parts of the island, while inexpensive taxis make evening returns easy.

The town and beach are within walking distance, though the return is uphill. A rental car is recommended if you plan to explore Teide National Park, mountain villages and remote beaches.

Port Royale is a peaceful hillside community with panoramic sea views. Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find supermarkets, local shops and a good choice of restaurants and cafés.

The Los Cristianos promenade, harbour and beaches, as well as the lively resorts of Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas, are all within easy reach. Scenic walking routes and viewpoints start from nearby streets.
