House rules



We want you to feel relaxed and at home. These simple rules help us protect the apartments and keep Port Royale peaceful for everyone.

• No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on balconies or terraces with doors and windows closed.
• No parties, events, or loud music. Port Royale is a quiet residential complex and guests are expected to respect neighbours at all times.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight or use the apartment facilities.
• Check in is from 15:00 and check out is by 10:00, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
• Please respect the Port Royale pool rules and opening hours.
• Household rubbish must be disposed of regularly using the designated bins within the complex.
• Please switch off air conditioning, fans, lights, and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.
• Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so they can be resolved quickly for you and future guests.
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval and must not be left unattended in the apartment.
• Please avoid leaving food uncovered to help prevent insects common in warm climates.
