About the apartments

Both studios sit within the same complex but have their own personality and outdoor space.


Sunset  Royale  Studio occupies the upper floor and features a balcony overlooking the town and the Atlantic, while La  Casita  de  Reinhold on the ground floor boasts a generous private terrace.


Thoughtfully equipped kitchens, comfortable double beds and bright, airy interiors ensure you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Each studio includes:

  • WHERE ARE THE APARTMENTS LOCATED

    Both studios are situated in the Port Royale complex on the hillside above Los Cristianos. 


    This quiet residential area offers panoramic views over the town and the Atlantic, yet it’s only a short stroll to local supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. 


    Port Royale gives you the best of both worlds—peaceful surroundings with easy access to the vibrant resort below.

  • HOW FAR IS THE BEACH AND TOWN CENTRE?

    Los Cristianos’ beaches, promenade, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes’ drive or taxi ride away. 


    You can walk down to the town centre in about 10–15 minutes; the return journey is uphill, so some guests prefer to take a taxi back up the hill. 


    Either way, you’re never far from the seafront and all the amenities.

  • IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

    Free public parking can often be found on the streets around Port Royale. 


    Spaces are first‑come, first‑served and may be limited during busy periods, so we recommend arriving early or making use of inexpensive local taxis if you prefer not to drive.
