Behind Sunset Royale Holiday Homes is a small family-run hosting project built around a shared love for Tenerife, hospitality, and creating welcoming spaces for travellers from around the world.
For our family, these apartments are more than holiday rentals. They are places connected to years of memories, family time, and our long relationship with the island. Each apartment reflects a different part of our story and is personally managed with care, attention to detail, and a warm, personal approach to hosting.
Our goal is simple: to create comfortable and relaxed stays where guests can truly slow down, feel at home, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Tenerife.
We are Marie and Farhad, the hosts behind Sunset Royale Studio.
Coming from multicultural backgrounds and sharing a passion for travel, hospitality, and comfortable living spaces, we created Sunset Royale Studio as a place where guests can enjoy a relaxed and authentic Tenerife stay.
We love the balance Tenerife offers between sunshine, ocean views, local life, and slower living. Our goal is to create a stay that feels personal, reliable, and thoughtfully prepared rather than overly commercial.
We personally manage guest communication, bookings, and the apartment experience to help ensure every stay feels smooth and welcoming.

La Casita de Reinhold is hosted by Monika, Marie’s mother, and holds a very special meaning for our family.
The apartment was named in honour of her late husband Reinhold, whose love for Tenerife and family holidays on the island created many lasting memories over the years.
Today, the apartment continues to reflect that spirit — a warm, peaceful, and welcoming place designed for guests looking to relax and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Tenerife.
For our family, hosting is not simply about accommodation, but about sharing a place that has been part of many personal memories and meaningful moments throughout the years.
